About the Owner Michael T. Bugg Mike serves as President of Certified Fire Protection, Inc. He is a native Atlantan, born and raised in Tucker, GA. Coincidentally, his first job out of high school was as a DeKalb Fireman. He then served proudly as an Officer/Aviator in Vietnam and went on to graduate with a BBA from Mercer University. Mike spent 15 years in a high tech career with a Fortune 100 company then founded his own company in 1989, which he sold in 2002 before making a transition into the fire protection business. In 2001, Mike was honored as the Small Business Person of the Year by the Gwinett County Chamber of Commerce. He is an avid golfer and is married with 4 children and 6 grandchildren. |
